Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Standard shipping for all UK orders is free. Delivery fee to the rest of the world varies and will be determinate at check out. We do offer an express delivery which can be chosen and charged at the check out.
Standard orders for UK delivery will be delivered within 7 working days of purchase. Overseas orders will be determined based on location and shipping requested.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you have purchased directly from our website, you may return the product.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and the cellophane intact. You must notify us in writing that you are returning your purchase within 14 days, beginning the day after you receive the product.

The return postage is payable by the customer and it must be tracked.

We will then issue a full refund (minus shipping and handling fees),as long as you have notified us via email, and sent the product back to our Customer Care address (below).
